"Difficulty with check in. Key Codes not sent until after noon. We had problems with our cell service so didn’t get email. Phone call didn’t go through. Had to stop at a restaurant to use their WiFi ti get email to get in. Email should be sent earlier in the morning. Opened Windows for air in room, but people were smoking at front door to Hotel and smoke came into our room several times, even at 6 am! "

"While we ultimately enjoyed our stay at a two-bedroom cottage, we were upset that the additional charge for bed linens and towels was not transparent at the time of booking. We travel on a budget and did not expect an extra charge on top of the rate for the night. They charge 140kr per person for bed linens and towels. You will get an email about this AFTER you make a reservation. There is also a charge for cleaning, which is quite high, but we found this easy to avoid if you agree to tidy up...

"It’s a nice stay and lots of flexibility. It would be better with instructions in the apartment on how things work and can be used. For example Wifi password and dishwasher instructions. The staff when asked were friendly and helpful. "

"Sentralt og fine fasiliteter om du kjører bil. En minus er dårlig seng, så du får ikke god søvn. Ellers er alt annet bra, romslig for 4 voksne og et barn. Personale var hyggelige. "

"Veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende personale. Vi bodde i Nordtunet 2. Hytten trenger oppgradering. Det var to kokeplater som fungerte svært dårlig, brukte 30 min på å steke en pølse. Veldig lytt mellom badet og rommet ved siden. Hodeputene var for litt for tykke. Pluss for god liggekomfort i de to enkeltstående sengene. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake, men vil da heller velge en av de oppussende leilighetene eller selve hotellet (evt en oppusset hytte). "

"We rented the apartment for some family time in the Norwegian mountains. Very helpful and friendly staff during check-in, spotless apartment in fabulous location and great service from the vaktmester when a leak in the sink turned the water off (he came shortly and fixed the problem). We would definitely stay again!"

"They stay was great like last time, maybe the room service between day 1 and 2 could be better. Rest of the stay the conditions were good. Dinner was kind of expensive for a limited buffet. Parking was a disaster. They lack control of which car is parked where. We had cars parked on handicapped spots, on charging without charging, took 2 spots with 1 car and other places that they shouldn't. 9 out of 10 car that didn't follow the customs were Danish or Swedish. "The Scandic Hamar is a very clean hotel and they offer a good breakfast buffet. The beds were comfortable and the rooms well appointed. What was not so good was the staff and their attitude toward guests. They were not friendly, did not smile or offer a welcoming word. In most interactions, they seemed almost annoyed to be bothered by have to check in guests, answer questions or service the breakfast buffet. "This hotel is less than 100 m from arrivals at the airport and hence in a cold winter night perfectly located. Reception were friendly and kind and check- in was quick. The room was large, very comfortable and a good bathroom. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Wood Hotel. The room was lovely and spacious. The view was amazing. Breakfast was wonderful. We also dined at the restaurant for dinner and enjoyed that as well. Our only issue what that the shower drained very slowly. Since the shower was the same level as the floor, the water soon spread across the whole bathroom. We notified the front desk and I am sure the drain will be clear before the next guest. "
