"Pros: The room was very large, had heated wardrobes for the wet ski things a nice touch. Breakfast was great. Location was great Cons: Had a dining table for 12 but no crockery or cutlery, had to ask for plates and knives and forks every day despite asking for them to just be replaced/cleaned daily without us having to request every day. "The Scandic Hamar is a very clean hotel and they offer a good breakfast buffet. The beds were comfortable and the rooms well appointed. What was not so good was the staff and their attitude toward guests. They were not friendly, did not smile or offer a welcoming word. In most interactions, they seemed almost annoyed to be bothered by have to check in guests, answer questions or service the breakfast buffet. "Loved the easy access with a door code, the drying room and the restaurant was amazing! The food was cooked perfect and the staff were amazing! The rooms where good for what you need the as, a base station for a skiing holiday and the water pressure was great! "
