"Das Problem ist, dass man das Hotel am Berg nur bis 16:00 Uhr buchen kann und auch einchecken kann. Nachher ist es nicht mehr möglich dort einzustecken oder die Bergbahn führt einen auch nicht mehr nach oben. Das ist auf ihrem Portal irreführend dargestellt. Man geht davon aus man kann die ganze Zeit anreisen. Zur Not auch mit Late Checkin. "We liked the location. Right in town. This what we didn’t like. We were not greeted at the property as stated. Thank goodness my dau speaks German, had internet access on her phone and the skills to locate the owner who gave her the passcode to get the room key out of lock box. He stated he didn’t see the reservation and upgraded our room. Next we expected to have breakfast everyday for €7.50 each. We went down for breakfast only to find no one on site and no breakfast. Relaxing in the hills

"Chosen for its location, the hotel did not disappoint. Seemed popular amongst the older generation as a holiday base, offering half-board at a good standard and included drinks with dinner. My junior suite was enormous but no air-con, although there were plenty of windows, which opened fully. Not much to do in the locality and the exterior could do with a facelift. Good wi-fi speed. My only real gripe was the very thin curtains, which did little to block the early morning light. "

"I think I have stayed at the hotel 10 times - as I can always park my motorbike in their private yard - close to the entrance. In addition, the service is professional and the rooms are always in excellent condition. And it is located approx. 500 meters from Brauhaus Goslar and the square"
