"The hotel location was perfect for us. The bar had a great pub vibe. I was unable to give a perfect review for this reason…our first night while enjoying the bar I left my beautiful Afghan pashmina behind on the bar stool. When I inquired at the front desk the next morning another guest heard me and said she saw it on the stool for a while. Front desk said come back when the restaurant manager is in. "I had a wonderful stay at the Penn Harris. It was quiet, comfortable, clean and convenient. The only thing that bothered me was the shower. It should be updated like the rest of the facilities. It was hard to regulate the water temperature and I couldn't adjust the shower head. Exhaust fan was a bit loud also. Otherwise, a very nice facility."
