"Overall it was ok for one night but regarding the room condition nothing changed as per the last reviews. I was given a double bed room but actually it was two single beds and there was a big crack in the middle of the two single mattresses, I couldn't sleep whole night due to this, whole next day my back was hurting. Don't forget to lift the mattresses and you will be surprised to find that the bed base frame is actually broken and there were couple of wooden planks been put there to support...

"This hotel was a lovely option for a short weekend break. Super close to the underground to travel in and out the city, lots of food options nearby and in a nice area. The staff were all so lovely and the room was perfect for the 2 nights. Some communication on the 40 minute cap on the shower would have been great, but all around a great experience. "This property is absolutely stunning! I had no issues with my stay at this property. The staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. The room made me feel comfortable and like I was at my own home. The property left an everlasting impression for this being my first time visiting London.
