We have stayed here many times. It is so easy to get here from the airport. We always just Uber or take a taxi. Great to get a good night's sleep before heading back to the airport for our final destination. They have always been very flexible and even let us check in early if the room is ready.

Ibis was what it needed to be, a hotel near the airport. No frills, nothing fancy, just a bed and hot shower. The room was very plain with some cute style. The restaurant in the lobby was good enough. Staff at check it were friendly.

Very clean, lovely staff. The bed was rock hard and it was very bare minimum as a room. Bed sheet also was too small for the mattress so came off. But for the price was pretty as expected. Great location by the bus stop

I stayed at the hotel a night before my trip to the states. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to everyone! Spotless rooms, lovely little restaurant and extremely friendly & helpful staff. Nothing was too much for them & lovely young man even made considerable effort helping me fix a problem with the combination lock on my suitcase jamming. He even researched the problem online and showed me how to fix it if it happened again. Check in and out was speedy and efficient. All in all an excellent hotel!

near the airport (about a 10 minute drive from terminal 5. From other terminals it may even be less. Taxi a little expensive, about 20 British pounds from terminal 5. The hotel has a small restaurant but not many dinning choices near the hotel. For us was convenient because we just needed to stay for the night. Price is good for being this close to the airport, a little small room though but again the price was fair.
