"Ideally located within this small village. Staff were very friendly and we were able to park a few hundred yards up the road. The restaurant was lovely and we had a great breakfast. We stayed in a suite/family room. It was clean and a great space, but very dated and could do wuth a refresh. Felt like it was in the 80s. But that said we had a good stay and would go back."

"I was only at the hotel for one night and arrived late. However the receptionist was friendly and said they would open the gym for me at 6am (instead of 7am) as I had to leave early. "This was a great stay in Aachen except for one thing. This is a successful hotel chain in Germany so I would expect that they would figure out their plumbing problems by now, but here it is: the temperature of the water in the shower varies rapidly depending on water use in other rooms. It goes rapidly from very cold to very hot and makes for a miserable showering experience! Almost unsafe in how hot it can get. Need better flow regulators, guys! Otherwise, everything else was very good."
