"The hotel is located by the beautiful west lake, it is super clean and very quiet. The hotel helped me to arrange a hotel taxi (super clean Audi). The taxi driver - Miss Zhang was not only drive us to the local interests, but also provide a lot of valuable information and outstanding services for us. Will definitely stay again next year, highly recommended."

"It's about 5 - 10 min walk from Subway station. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, where you can take airport bus to the airport, need to buy ticket first at a tour agency nearby hotel (ask fo location at the hotel). Wifi is ok. "

"Staying at Oakwood Residence Hangzhou served our objective well. We were looking for a hotel that provides washer as we were traveling light. The area is pretty centralised, walkable to the famous West Lake, also have restaurants and convenient stores. "

"My family booked three rooms in this hotel, my room has strong unpleasant small while other two didn’t have. It seemed from the previous guests smoked. This hotel should be smoke free hotel but many people especially those taxi drivers just smoke in front door to wait guess to take their taxis which made us to go through their smoking “wall”, hotel manager should enforce them not to smoke in front door (should be much further away from the door)"

"Overall quite satisfactory for the price paid. The staff was friendly, helpful. They help the big group of us get taxis and provided luggage storage after checkout so that we could continue our visits till departure time. They also shared useful tips on good food nearby. The rooms were reasonable for the prices paid. The apartment location was great for visiting Westlake and surrounding attractions. Will recommend this Service Apartment to any visitor to Westlake."
