Great choice

Wonderful hotel. Amazing views of the lake, very good breakfast with a good mixture of Western and Eastern choices, nice outdoor pool (indoor not as nice). Happy to find such a place relatively close to Shanghai. The floor manager Stanley was really helpful and friendly as were all the staff. Be aware that the cheaper lake view rooms may be near a main road that makes being on the balcony less enjoyable. The grand lake view rooms are quiet though. The food selection and drink selection is not as wide as in Hilton's elsewhere in the world, but for the situation of the hotel I was content enough with what was on offer. Be sure to take the boat trip out to the cable car for a postcard view of the lake.

Beautiful place but it was very slow for July. None of the restaurants were open. Finding English speakers was hard. There seemed to be no activities going on besides going to the pool. Ordering room service was super hard because of the non English speaking.

带着老人和小孩一起来，选了希尔顿到黄山尖的游艇，看到了全景，省的去挤热门的景点，其他时间都在泡酒店，小孩子在儿童乐园，老人打打乒乓球，总体来说就休闲，满意

糟糕的前台，亟待提升服务品质

前台的服务糟糕，两个订单各订了一间房，三点多去前台check in,结果被告知只有一间房，另外的房间需要现打扫，当问需要什么时间能拿到房卡时，前台显得很不耐烦！最后在四点四十分左右拿到房卡，我想即使一个快捷酒店在这方面都会比他们做的好吧！游泳池的接待也会有点让人觉得戒心太重，可能是地理位置好，平时去那边参观的游客太多了吧。总之，我现在知道了为什么它的评分在hotels.com上为何比千岛湖洲际低了那么多了，就是服务体验问题

非常棒的入住

酒店周围的环境很好，室外泳池很棒，面朝千岛湖。我订的是湖景套房，酒店经理帮我升级了豪华套房，非常感谢。服务也很贴心，一家人带着宝宝，基本上就在酒店里度过了这次旅行。如果下次再来，还会选择希尔顿。

预定的时候看见酒店的房型是有浴缸的，但是入住的时候没有浴缸，房间说是五楼，但是就是在大堂那一层的，隔音不太好，走廊的声音一直听得到很吵。餐厅的餐除了批萨好吃之外，其他的真的太难吃了，建议大家真的别去那家三楼餐厅。

THE HOTEL WAS GREAT. ALL STAFFS ARE KIND, THE FOOD AT RESTAURANTS IS DELICIOUS. ESPECILLY I LIKE LIVE MUSIC AT THE MAIN RESTAURANT AT NIGHT. 离市区近，有湖中泳池，总体来说外部设施明显优于内部设施。户外的几个泳池都特别棒。房间内很多设施细节方面不好，附近吃的几乎没有，最好开车去市区吃。或者提前准备些吃的喝的带去。

下次试试洲际

地理位置不如洲际和喜来登，但进出还算是比较方便的。作为Hilton的品质来讲，有点名不符实，早餐质量、客房清洁度、服务人员数量等等，都需要很大的改进才行

酒店体现了星级水准

酒店景观超好，人很舒服，尤其是室外游泳与自然融为一体，服务人员态度一流，对待小孩很有爱心、耐心，有宾至如归的感觉，以后到千岛湖一定首选杭州千岛湖滨江希尔顿度假酒店，有朋友游千岛湖我也一定会推荐!
