Marriott Chicago O'Hare
Shuttle was the highligh of the stay. Worst customer service ive ever experienced in any Marriott hotel ever! I mayb ever stay at a Marriott again for this reason. No staff, overbooked. Abhorrent customer service!

Holiday Inn Chicago North-Evanston by IHG
The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and the temperature in the room was great. The breakfast was okay. The parking ramp cracked me up when going out. It felt like the car was going to flip over or like I was on a rollercoaster ride.

The airport shuttle was very helpful. I appreciated having a phone number to call to help us get to the correct door at OHare. It was a cold wait for the bus.
