"We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Communication started right at the beginning. The room was Amazing with a private onsen on the balcony and the room was big enough for 3 people. "とても綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。宿泊者全員とても気に入っていました。困った点といえば、事前の施設利用方法（鍵の暗唱番号含む）のお知らせが来なかったこと。心配になって連絡しましたが、施設からはエクスペディアへ送っている、とのことでしたが、メールごみ箱なども確認しましたが、やはり見つかりませんでした。どこかでフィルタされてしまったのか？施設の連絡先に連絡してからはとても丁寧に対応していただき、不安は解消されました。"
