"Room was very good. Personal reception friendly. Breakfast was the big problem. Why did they make a reservation for Groups or other withoutva timeline? Table are blocked complete morning an gast dont get table sit and the reservater come after 9 o clock. "

Das Zimmer war nett eingerichtet, Personal an der Rezeption okay, beim Frühstück hervorragend. Auswahl zum Frühstück sehr gut, Wasser für Tee leider nicht heiß. Schwimmbad und Sauna gut, Infrarotkabine leider außer Betrieb. Handtücher in diesem Bereich fehlen und Wäschekörbe für mirgebrachte Handbücher sind am Boden schimmilig. Parken direkt am Hotel sehr gut."

"We were arriving very late but the hotel staff couldn't do enough to accommodate. They were simply brilliant. Every email sent was replied to very quickly. Our key was placed in a digital lock box and code provided. The bedroom was very spacious along with a wonderful spacious bathroom. The shower gave instant hot water. "This small hotel is located on a quiet residential street. My double room was clean, with a cosy seating area and a balcony with pleasant view. The hotel is flooded with light and has many homey touches throughout. Breakfast was basic, but sufficient. This was a good base for exploring the Southern Harz region. In Bad Sachsa I especially enjoyed Fannys schnitzel and waffle house restaurant, with nice views into the forest and friendly service. I also recommend the hiking trails above nearby...
