Location - approximately 10 mins ride from Naha International Airport with monorail to Asahibashi Station and then another 10 mins walk to hotel with luggage. Room was quiet on the 10th floor. Excellent shower water pressure. Bed was medium soft which I enjoyed very much. Food - Did not try the free breakfast order. Plenty of 24/7 convenience stores in the vicinity of the hotel. "Location was great, easy to get to and easy to walk to American Village. We did the pre- check in to make check in easier and it only took a few minutes. We ran into an issue at check in but it was quickly resolved by the staff. The view was amazing- our favorite part. The pillows are ok, and the internet kept going in and out our entire stay but other than that we enjoyed our room. "

He really made our stay that much better since he was very understanding that we don’t speak Japanese. The room was so spacious and we had the room with the tatami mat as well.
