"Friendly staff and great food "

"Great big room for a family. It was a different check in procedure with only a code, and we never saw a worker the entire time we were there, even at the complimentary breakfast, (which was lovely). So that was kind of weird but it worked."

"The best thing about this hotel is its location, ideal for easily reaching interesting events or happenings in this big-size small town. The second best is the possibility of using spa services, for which, however, there is seldom enough time during short stays."

"Very good in the decent basic hotel category. Clean, quite spacious, tea, coffee and an armchair in the room. Pleasant breakfast space. Very well located for both the bus station and the old town. Like many cheaper Finnish hotels, doesn’t have 24-hour desk coverage, though staff when there were efficient and polite. "
