"The hotel was right next to a food street and a shopping mall. Good for shopping and dining. Hotel room was very spacious, modern, comfortable and clean. All the hotel staff that I met were polite, helpful and pleasant. I would like to commend and praise Ms Pearl Cheng (程琳) for her excellent service. All my queries were answered and solved. Her suggestions of places to visit added more colours and meaning to our visit to Xiamen. All in all, we had a lovely stay at Xiamen Langham Place and would certainly recommend relatives and friends to book this hotel when they visit Xiamen."

"Fast laundry service and good in room dinning (burgers). I did give it 4 stars for service because they made me take my luggage to my room because he was alone and I arrived at 1 am. "
