"Property was very clean and tidy, location is fantastic as there's plenty of stores including a pharmacy, takeaway shops nearby, couple of food shops and souvenirs stores to take back any memorabilia. Customers services was absolutely fantastic Alecia, is very proactive in getting things done when needed. The only thing I would recommend is that a washer dryer would be ideal as there isn't one installed in the property."

The television that they did have was broken doors open and shut all night by themselves or the wind. If you let them tell it you have to bring your own tissue. "I would say this was an amazing introduction to Jamaica! I loved the cuisine (on and off the property), entertainment was excellent! Staff undoubtedly catered to guests needs relentlessly. They also maintained the grounds and property amazingly, there was always someone tidying up, but mindfully not disturbing any guest. We even got turn down service on the day we checked out! I’d like to especially thank Andre and the director of entertainment because they helped me arrange a birthday surprise for my husband which is now an unforgettable moment for us lol! Being able to walk to shops and the club was also a bonus, we only needed taxis when we went on excursions. A beautiful, intimate resort with so much to offer, I can’t wait to go back!"
