"We were able to upgrade to the executive lounge for a nominal fee and it was worth it. The staff there bent over backwards to serve us. The food options were perfect for a full breakfast or for appetizers in the evening. The Guest Relations team under Maica (Teody, Kylie, Chef Nica) even gave my husband some pastries and balloon for his bday. Now that's service! We also had a family reunion at the buffet and it was outstanding. The staff was patient as some of our relatives were delayed. We've stayed at this Marco Polo several times over the years and the property continues to be well maintained and pristine. We'll return again!"

"I needed to get my medications picked up from the pharmacy and they offered to have One of their Concierge go to the Pharmacy. It’s very touching. I would improve though their breakfast . It’s plenty but needs some refinement. Other than that I love the rooms, it’s clean. "
