Breakfast and afternoon tea with fairly good options, restaurant accommodate great options of local cuisine. Hotel is located walking distance of touristic places and well located to enjoy Xi’an. "First of all, Pan Pac Suzhou (吴宫) is definitely worth the price. The scenery within the hotel premise is really fantastic, tranquil and serene. Makes you feel like you just stepped into a majestic chinese mansion. Breakfast buffet was so super good ! We had lunch at the Haitianlo restaurant, the food was very nice and affordable! There is a laundry room at lvl 1 with free washer dryer and detergent, laundry bags were provided too. The indoor pool was heated and there was a lifeguard on duty. Our room was at the XiXiaLou side. The hotel staff were very ftiendly and helpful, doorman was also very helpful! I would definitely return here if I come to Suzhou again. Would recommend to friends and family too."

"Decided to stay one night because we had a very early flight and it is located very near Beijing’s 2nd Airport. Was surprised how nice the hotel was. Super clean, good sized room and very helpful staff. And did I mention, a free shuttle to the airport. I’d stay there again even if I didn’t have an early departure. Thanks"
