Well trained staff and respectful, the only problem was lack of English speaking skills among the lower level employees like cleaning lady and restaurant staff. Very nice rooms and clean bed.

Great room but had issues

I cannot fault the room however I was woken every morning at 6:30am by very noisy scaffolding work next door. No one mentioned this to me at checkin. The other weird thing is that all the hotel restaurants close very early around 9pm -9:30pm. I ended up spending over 300 yuan each for a buffet that we again were not informed closed 20 minutes after we entered. Drink prices are also very very high for China.
