Staffs are super friendly and professional. Love the minibar services, instead of filling your fridge up with stuffs, you can grab whatever you want from the shop in the lobby. The hotel is close to the airport and has shuttle every hour to the terminals. The room is very clean, spacious, and well maintained. Most importantly, the staff are all super nice and helpful. My wife needed to take a taxi but she doesn’t know the exact address of the destination, and she doesn’t have a convenient way of making payments such as WeChat pay. Mr. Yu at the front desk learned about the situation, not only called the taxi and provided the driver with detailed instructions, but also helped her to arrange the payment and the trip back to the hotel. The staff are truly considerate and treat the customers like their friends from heart. We greatly appreciate that and definitely will come back!

Voor € 42,- had ik een grote kamer gekregen met een king size bed met goed matras en goede donzen kussens. De kamer was schoon, maar als je naar de kranen en douche keek, dan zag je vlekken die ze niet goed hadden weggepoetst. Er hing een etenslucht op de verdieping waar mijn kamer was. Ook in de kamer hing er een etenslucht. Personeel was vriendelijk.
