"Communication was great with the owners/managers. Olga was exceptionally helpful. Our room, however, was not pleasant. No hot water in the kitchen. No hot water in the bathroom sink plus faucet handle fell off. No shower curtain until we asked for it. Broken toilet roll holder. Handwritten notes asking for maid tip (no service ever) and also to take care of trash (no bags provided), Mop bucket left in room with mop in it. My sister got locked in her room as the door lock jammed. Freezing room....

"Hotel Posada Santa Fe is beautiful. So many reasons why we chose to stay here every time we are in the city. The hotel is in a great location, all staff are extremely helpful, friendly and go out of their way to host their guests. Along with the beautifully decorated halls and comfortable rooms, there is a wonderful restaurant with tables both outside and inside. There is also a nice bar area with a great ambiance. If you haven’t stayed here, it’s worth a trip. "
