"Llegamos al hotel y estaba cerrado. Al llamarles, nos dijeron que la recepción era hasta las 8 y que ya no podían recibirnos. Al decirles que en Expedia decía otra cosa, dijeron que ellos ya ni trabajan con la plataforma y que no había reservación a nuestro nombre. Nos dejaron en la calle sin hospedaje."

"The actual facility is so much worse than the pictures. Not clean, cheap air spray refresher that can cause allergy. Hot water runs only 2 mins, then you have to wait 10 mins to have another 2 mins hot water. The rooms are cold. Terrible experience. The location is very confused and very difficult to find. No sign or anything, the entry door is very old. Charge hotel price, higher than other apartment in the area. Listed 2 bathrooms for my executive apt, but had only 1 tiny bathroom."

"The place is great, very spacious and has everything you need. But I barely slept because of the noise outside (cars continuously passing through the street where the window looks out on, church bells, barking dogs) and noise of the fridge which is almost right beside the bed, constantly cooling. I had to take out the plug. Trips should be relaxing for me so when I'm not able to have a good night sleep, I won't be happy with my stay. If you don't mind the noise, it's a great place to stay. "

"I visited GTO as a solo female and this was my home away from home. Very clean, beautiful property. No AC, but the electric fan worked just fine for me. It's centrally located without being in the middle of the action, which means it's quiet in comparison to similar properties on Expedia. I was so happy I chose it and look forward to returning."
