"Overall, this property is great, but it’s quite pricey. I like the separate condo-style units for staying in. The rooftop pool is a nice idea, but it’s way too small for the number of customers it can accommodate. Additionally, the railing needs improvement for safety. The main reason I didn’t give this property a high rating is the lack of customer support. I encountered several issues that weren’t resolved despite being assured they would be handled. "

"As a group of 5, we found the space clean and beds all very comfortable. The decor and dining furniture need to be updated and/or replaced. The dining chairs literally need repair as the backs fell apart. The location was excellent and lots of easy access to the French Quarter, restaurants, music and shopping. "This property is in the warehouse district which is a nice respite from the Quarters. It is an old building that has been refurbished. Love the exposed brick walls and plank floors. The restaurant and bar are really nice - food was lovely. Staff are very nice and helpful. The only downside is the sound of people walking around above you but to be expected. Sleeping was very quiet. Would stay there again!"
