"Great property. Bed comfortable rooms large and spacious. Decor is a little tired. Loved heated floors in bathroom. Great location can walk to everything. Breakfast was not great. Food average. Service first day was awful. Took forever. Stayed 3 nights. Concierge was great. Provided great recommendations for restaurants and helped with tickets for sites etc. Overall would recommend. "

"The hotel lobby was unbelievably busy - the lift access seemed unnecessarily complicated but the band playing in the bar on Saturday night was really great! Our bedroom was rather small & the bathroom was really tiny with a miniscule sink & only room for one person at a time A leaky shower door (bath mat was absolutely soaking after one shower) & no niceties like a shower cap. "

"During our 8 day stay we received the greatest service out of any hotel in London that we have stayed at. From walking in to leaving was perfect. The concierge Paddy was so helpful he helped like he knew us personally. The door man Max did his job exceptionally. All in all the staff made our stay magnificent we will definitely be going back. I will gladly recommend this hotel to my friends. "

"Comfortable 3-night stay at a very small Thistle hotel. The air conditioning didn’t work well so we slept with the window open and the bathroom floors always got soaking wet whenever we showered. These hotels really should provide better shower tub coverage. We requested more floor towels each day as they were always needed. "This hotel was wonderful for many reasons. It is right next to Charing cross station and within a 5 minute walk to Embankment. We were able to walk to many sights including the National Gallery which is less than 5 minutes from the door of the hotel. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and also a small Marks and Spencer food mart where you can get snacks, prepared meals, fruit and other small grocery items. You can not beat the location.
