"The staff were amazing. The room was a bit dated but the bed was comfortable, the settee wasn't. The room was nice and big, the breakfast was alright but the layout could be looked at for the queue. "Room was quite cold but old windows can be draughty. Food was ok in restaurant but nothing special. Bath taps had lots of black stuff in one and the wall was peeking in the bathroom. There was also a long black hair in my bed. I didn’t complain as all minor things, could be a better stay with more attention to detail. "

"As soon as we stepped in to the property I was happy. The check in went very smoothly. Every member of staff we came across was friendly and helpful. Our room was small, but had everything we needed. I loved that we had bottled water, a choice of sparking or still. Also nice hot chocolate as well as tea and coffee.The beds were very comfy with nice pillows and they had very nice fluffy towels in the bathroom.I would definitely stay again"
