"Clean and comfortable room. Large buffet available with a good variety of items. Tasty deserts. Several food choices and places to get a drink. Overall a nice stay, but we were only there to spend the night, so we didn't use all of the amenities. "

"Charged us $10 for checking in 45 minutes early. Did not tell us how to get our luggage to our sky tower room which became a big hassle. "

"My room is Sunset tower 557, next to room 559. The noise seems to be coming from the room next door due to poor sound insulation. There is also a gap under the door, and air keeps coming through, creating wind noise at night. I had to put a towel at the bottom of the door to block it. I tried to call the front desk around 10:15 pm to report these issues, but my call did not go through. I eventually had to walk down to the front desk in person. When I spoke with the staff, I was told that calls would not go through when they were busy. I have to say this was quite surprising, as I’ve never experienced this at a hotel before."
