"This hotel is nicely sited within view of many local stores so it very convenient. The Argentine girl on the reception was a delight to speak to regarding the unusual hobby of me and my co-guest. Best of all is staying during April as the rooms cost next to nothing as the ski season is over. The only negative is the room I was in had an audible plumbing type noise from behind the wall which continued through the night."

"Fabulous location - probably the best for access to the slopes. Ski storage room was dissappointing, bedrooms are lovely. Great that its adjoined to the Hermitage and you can use the bar there. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it."
