Fabulous location in the park. Nice warm rooms. We were in the East wing and we had a lovely view out of our window. We had snow, so it was just magical to see the trees covered in snow. Parking was good, very close to the rooms. There is a cafe, supermarket and Tavern near by in the Yavapai village. You will still need to drive there ( unless you love walking) but it’s not far.

There is extremely limited dining options. The taverns food is overpriced and overrated. The property is older and is in serious need of a facelift. The bed was very comfortable and that is the highlight of this property. While you can’t be unhappy about being in the Grand Canyon but with the fees charged one would expect a little better quality
