"This was my first time at the Ruby Emma, and it definitely won't be my last. I managed to lose my phone, but the staff were very sympathetic and did everything they could to help. Thankfully, the phone was returned to the reception shortly afterwards. We quickly forgot about the incident when we arrived in our room.
