"This place is by far a great location. Its quit convenient for people who dont like to stay in the city but, still close enough to drive there. The GINN Hotel itself is outstanding. "Very pleased we chose this hotel. The location is excellent - very close to Friedrichstrasse train station and within easy walking distance of all the attractions. Lots of options nearby for dining. The staff were welcoming and friendly and I'd like to say a special thank you to the receptionist who checked us in. On hearing that BA had lost our luggage, she immediately headed off to find us extra slippers, bathrobes, and toothbrushes and toothpaste - an absolute lifesaver. We had opted for an upgraded room (The Level) which gave access to the Executive Lounge at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom had toiletries from Rituals. The Executive Lounge was a nice feature. Every evening we would head there for a glass of wine and a pre-dinner appetiser. These were different each night and very tasty. Even when the lounge was quite busy, it was a chilled and relaxed atmosphere. Staff there were friendly and attentive. Overall, if we ever head back to Berlin, I'd be booking this hotel again and based on our experience, I'll be looking for this brand in other cities too. "
