"Just wanted to shout out the a front desk staff named Andrew. What a top notch guy! He’s very friendly, courteous, professional and hospitable. Qualities that’s so rare to find these day in hospitality. He is such an asset to the hotel and surely left a lasting impression. We had a one bedroom and loved the balcony and living room with the view of Bond University light at night. Great stay!"

"Great family fun and relaxed vibe to the resort. Second time staying there. Especially after staying at other resorts before this place Turtle beach definitely needs an upgrade with its rooms. They are a bit run down, our toilet stopped working on multiple occasions, not the end of the world and it was fixed promptly but same problem again the next day. Gave up on trying to make the Dishwasher work again used the sink anyway , a few main channels on the tv didn’t work but worked in the bed room...

"Beautiful condo. Check in and out was easy. Towels and other toiletries were restocked every day. Having an insuite washer and dryer was convenient. Minutes away from main beach was handy. Overall a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to stay in surfers paradise!! "
