My partner & I had wonderful 5 night stay in 2 bed ocean view apartment (a bonus upgrade since no 1 beds available.) It had all the necessities & balcony looking over to Main Beach was great. Reception staff were really helpful with after hours check in & accomodating last minute extra night at reduced rate. Great lunch at The Winey Cow downstairs using meal voucher provided. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall the apartment is modern, clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked . Bathroom old in need of update. No tissues or body wash . The bed advertised as king was definitely a Queen size bed . Great , central location. Cafe , subway and seven 11 under building

Very disappointed with the condition of the apartment. All floor surfaces rundown ( including carpets) Walls need proper plastering over of holes and scrapes/scratches. Substantial rust around metal door jambs/showers and even some mould in showers. Crockery depleted, chipped, random items. Demolition across the road all day starting around 6-7am. The resorts own car park was also being torn up and re concreted with no notification in advance. Construction noises all day 5 days a week. Would never stay there again. Really needs a complete refresh. The only positives were the view and the location.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit on the 9th floor overlooking the beach was fantastic. There are a whole lot of restaurants and bars just 400 metres away

The Lvl 5 Ocean view room was excellent. Close to Tedder Ave shopping and restaurant precinct and across the road from the beach. A great cafe - Winey Cow and the base of the building with a 7/11 and Subway. The concierge at the hotel was great, very friendly and always working around the place to keep in looking good for the guests. There was some building demo nearby with some noise but beyond the control of the hotel and pretty consistent with the developing area. Would def stay here again.

The unit we had had a wonderful view. Unfortunately its furnishings were dated and uncomfortable - not what we would have expected at a highly rated resort. To exacerbate things there was a unit block being demolished across the road - unbearable noise all day every day. (Perhaps advice about this when booking would have been appropriate). Several advertised Foxtel channels did not work. Apart from that, a lovely stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, our room was spacious with a dining area and kitchen and lounge plus the balcony & it was newly renovated. Had everything we needed, washing machine, kitchen utensils etc. Bed was comfy and had a couch + lounger both were great. Only thing was there were no blackout curtains and the blinds couldn’t completely block out the sun but not too bad they still got most of the light out. Also these apartments are not serviced so we had to ask for washing powder to keep washing our towels each day but managers were super friendly & helpful. Loved the pools /gym & location was awesome!!

The room itself was in need of repair (holes in walls patched with tissue paper and the like) and deep clean. The single beds are about to fall apart. The carpets were stained and worn almost threadbare. The owners of the unit should be ashamed of the state of it. I cleaned what I could so that we could feel comfortable there. I would have asked to move but felt sorry for the managers and whoever might get the room next. The reception/managers were awesome however and the facilities outside of the room were excellent, the pools were beautifully clean and functional. Parking was secure. It's a great location with beach access immediately across the road.

Empty carpark but not allowed extra parking.
The hotel location is amazing and the views excelent however, when we asked if we could have a late checkout when we arrive they straight aŵay said no possible when other hotels ask you to call on the day, hotel was empty but they said there is a new booking arriving, note we check out Monday not a busy day. Other thing unfortunately due to work commitments I had to arrive in the evening, office was closed so I left car outside, next morning I asked if I could have another parking spot as the previous night we went our in my partner's car and I noticed it was quite empty, reception didn't even check they just said no it is a "parking spot per apartment" that day again there was barely anyone in the carpark, through our stay that carpark was a quarter full but the hotel didn't allowed me to park underground, it is so dissapointing as I was stressed to leave my car outside, I suggest to be more helpfull with customer's requests in the future when there is capacity.
