"The Hotel is relatively difficult to access using public transport - the nearest bus stop is "Freiheitsweg", some 15 mins walk from the Hotel. That aside, and now knowing how best to access the hotel using PT, I would highly recommend the facility, given its excellent credentials for which I have given an appropriate rating."

"Check-in and the reception service were fine. The breakfast in the morning was great. The room, however, reeked of smoke and was really dated. I’m not sure how they justify €200 per night. The location is lovely and great for a restful break. We stopped off for a day off on a trip around Germany as we knew it would be hot. "This place is by far a great location. Its quit convenient for people who dont like to stay in the city but, still close enough to drive there. The GINN Hotel itself is outstanding. Friendly staff, Great food (except the price for breakfast is alittle rough 22 euro for one single person), bar is outstanding ( just need to know how to make the drinks they advertise), rooms are nice with a good few of the river ( i only paid alittle over 250 for 3 nights 4 days), and lastly parking isnt free but, not to bad of a price you can pay up front 12.50 each night/day. Thank you GINN hotel for a great place to stay for my 10th anniversary trip."

"I had a wonderful stay at the apartment! It was very clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated how helpful the host was. The cleaning lady is super kind. There’s a well-equipped gym in the building, which was a great bonus. There’s a LIDL conveniently close by for shopping. While the flat is a bit further from the center, the bus station is just a 3-minute walk away, and the S-Bahn is only 10 minutes, so it was easy to get around. Thank you so much for everything!"

"We loved our stay in this charming modern property. The list of positives; room had AC as it was hot during our stay. Appreciated the daily small bottles of complimentary water! Shopping in delicious dinning were walking distance as well as the Sancucci park and castles. Public transportation was at the corner. The room was non smoking. The bed was comfortable. Daily breakfast was optional we chose to eat at the local restaurants. Desk staff was always so helpful a cordial. Shower water purified. Credit option at the bar or restaurant for not changing the linens everyday. Small inconvenience -The restaurant and bar did not stay open late. Thank you for a comfortable and memorable stay! "

Loved it!

"I was so impressed with how beautifully equipped the kitchen was, complete with dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, electric kettle and every kind of dish, pot and pan, or utensil one could want. The bathroom was extremely large and modern, and the rest of the room was nicely furnished and comfortable for sleeping, dining, or sitting around. A safe is provided and there's plenty of storage, hangers, etc. Free tea and coffee and always available in the lobby. The location is also great. There's the Charlottenhof train station just steps away, it's an easy walk to Sansoucci and the other palaces, and shopping is also close by. Even the main train station is a walkable distance away. In the 3 days we were there, no one came to clean the room, but I prefer it that way. I assume if we had needed fresh towels or sheets for a longer stay that we could have asked for them. It's almost like living in an apartment, though, and I liked that! I'd definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it. "
