The location was unbeatable—just two blocks from the blue line train to and from the airport, Millennium Park, and other top tourist spots. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond by holding our bags after checkout for just $5 per bag, which made exploring the city so much easier. A special thanks to Kara for the stellar recommendations! We loved indulging in authentic Chicago-style popcorn and hotdogs—don’t miss trying them while you’re here! Overall, a fantastic stay. "I love staying here whenever we visit chicago. The location is perfect. Service is top-notch. I love that the staff is the same. I recognize the same bellmen/concierge and the same wait staff in Hoyt’s which tells me the hotel treats their people well. The Rooms are so comfortable. "Beautiful older hotel. Great location for seeing shows,shopping, and much more. My daughter granddaughter and I stayed here for a December visit and we were close to the Christmas kindle market. Lots going on. Rooms are big beds are great. Bathrooms are small being a older building but they are gone. Such a beautiful building! "
