"Initial problems were car park was totally full (despite being told no need to pre-book as plenty of space) This was 3rd party info. & did not match what the hotel told us on arrival. Our allocated room left a lot to be desired. Thankfully Michelle on reception efficiently addressed all the issues ..."

"Very nice property, clean, and great bar/restaurant. Parking lot was large and easy. I recommend the hotel. Only downside was the walk to Whitby Harbour was longer than we wanted."

"Great hotel, I've stayed before and I commented that it needed a little bit of work, well, they are doing a lot of work on the rooms. Ours had a fantastic new bathroom. Food was great as usual. Will be back again sometime. Thank you : )"
