I'd definitely stay again. the area is not so touristy, it usually gets busy with locals. really good bunuelos shop downstairs. easy to go around by uber/taxi or use a nearby metro station. I'm glad that I chose Laureles over El Poblado because it feels more real."

"Every aspect of my stay was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff here makes the difference. Natalia at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with each day and helped me (and several others) out a lot. The rest of the staff is awesome as well. The ladies who make breakfast each morning couldn't be sweeter people and we're always a good start to the day. Great location also, as everywhere I needed to go was a 10 minute walk or a quick cheap uber ride away. Would definitely stay...

"The best hotel I stayed in Medellin. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Walkable to the soccer stadium and some many restaurants and bars. The staff have excellent service, including the driver Jorge and the terrace bartender Hamilton. You also got up-front taxi service 24 hours a day. Definitely, I will stay again in this hotel. "Our stay was very good. This hotel is right by all shops and restaurants. The lobby was extremely trendy and nice. Our room had what we needed. It was small and simple but clean. We had an issue with the TV during our entire stay. When we alerted the staff on our last day they immediately took steps to rectify and even brought us some drinks to make up for the issue. We were unable to take advantage of this but the gesture and their quickness to respond was much appreciated. "
