Bad thing about the hotel is that housekeeping opens the door when we haven't checked out yet. Check out is St 12pm they are opening doors like at 9- 10:30. Creepy. Also house keeping comments on guests when they are near. Like they are in charge and they decide when we leave. Sometimes they are not honest. Kerotrack I'd what you take and forget. They will not turn it in always

Property was extremely clean. Looks very new/updated, the room was amazing. Nice TV and nice bathroom. Staff was also really nice. We stayed here because of the location. It was convenient to where we needed to be but the area around the hotel is not the prettiest to look at.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Gilroy, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, with well-maintained facilities that immediately made me feel comfortable. The rooms were super nice—spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff truly stood out for their friendliness and attentiveness. From check-in to check-out, every interaction I had with them was pleasant, and they were always willing to assist with anything I needed. It’s clear they genuinely care about making guests feel at home. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast—simply amazing! There was a great variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start my day. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Gilroy and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area. I look forward to returning in the future!
