"The food is not very good (there is a nice restaurant a few minutes round the lake), and the online ordering could be easier to use. Not very friendly service, and limited pool access (1 hour if you stay two nights). Nice location though."

"Wonderful! Their spa/water facility , esp hot tub to rest my tired body & was such a blessing that evening after walking for 5 hrs at the Malbork Castle on the same day.
