"We came at 6:15 pm when confirmation letter said check-in is till 7 PM. NOBODY was there, reception locked with a sign OPEN. Tried to find anybody, no luck. Booked another hotel and went there. Need our money back. El Mul must let people know that they are a kibutz, not a hotel. That makes a slight difference. Other kibutzim are stating that in their title."

"Our stay was very bad. It was very noisy due to the traffic, but since we choose this location, I didn't complain this. The hotel recently changed its name, but didn't reflect on the web accordingly, so it took quite some time to find it. The washroom layerout was terrible, there was nothing provided for room service. The room was even barely for backpacker, except it was bigger. Overall, I will not recommend it at all."

"Amazing resort! We had the best time and enjoyed every part of the hotel. Breakfast and dinner was excellent!!! Adi who is the manager treated us great, and was always around the hotel to make sure everyone was enjoying their time. Massage was also very good and professional! "It was very difficult finding the hotel. We finally ran into a local that showed us where it was at. Room was great. We needed to just ready for a few hours before traveling on to Masada. When we left at 3AM we ran into locked gates. We felt trapped and no way to get out. We called number and no answer.
