"An exceptional property and 5 star service at every level. The spa is a beautiful oasis, all staff went above and beyond in all departments. I arranged for a direct transfer from the airport to the hotel and it was worth every penny after a long journey from Canada. The drivers who work with the hotel are amazing. The breakfast options are fresh and plentiful, and the service was excellent. Gozo is a beautiful island and I highly recommend a stay at the Kempinski. 10/10 will absolutely return. "

"Second time coming here for Defected Malta, this hotel is always so great at hosting their guests that come in for the event. Pool area is beautiful and the rooms are clean and it seems newly renovated. Housekeeping and the front desk were very accommodating for various checkout times. "Our check in was at 2245 and we were checked in with ease. Our room reflected the price. Air conditioning worked great. Cute little balcony. Shower pressure and temperature was good but the height of the shower head is only suitable for children but it’s detachable and worked good enough. Pool was great too but it was too cold to fully enjoy. One cockroach was found in the hallway. None in our room."
