"The room doesn't have an iron to get suites Ready for business man like myself. They lock it up at night and get it available only the day time. How can I get my suit ready for the meeting that I will have early in the morning? Upon discussion in the following morning, the room was switched to the correct one and all the move was neatly done by staff while I went out to business. The room (superior room) was very comfortable. Housekeeping was perfect. The location is also good as close to the train station and easy to move to Casablanca and Tangier for a day trip. "Room was fairly basic, but clean. Everything (outlets, fridge, TV etc.) worked. Breakfast was great. Pool and garden very peaceful. One annoyance: hall lights are on a timer that turns off before I could reach my room. Altogether very nice. I’ll likely return the next time I travel to Meknes."
