"Well when I heard the hotel was on the Nile I thought that was a dream. This hotel is for if you don’t want to spend a lot of money no WiFi in your room only in the lobby and it does not work when everyone is sitting in the lobby using WiFi and smoking it is a quaint little hotel sheets and towels needs to be whiter. "This was my second time in Egypt and I traveled Solo! It was PHENOMENAL , What made my trip 10X better was the service and genuine hospitality I received as soon as I left the Cairo Airport Doors ! Mohamad ! Greeted me with my name and drove me safely to the airport while telling about great interesting facts I haven’t learned , As Soon I arrived at the Door i received Great Service!!! The lobby smelled so good ! It was clean and welcoming! Ali greeted me with a Great Welcome , and my check in Fast and easy ! He also provided Great tour suggestions ! My room was clean !!! And it smelled so good as soon as i opened the door ! The Rooftop 700 /Akeim Restaurant took great Great Service to the next level everyone was welcoming and what I loved the most is how they all worked as a Real team to help all Guest ! Lisan always made my dinner experience great ! The food was so delicious and hot and fresh and the Fruit juices were always amazing with the added fresh fruit! During breakfast Ismael and Kamal helped me with great service ! Always brought me fresh juice and water and made sure to always check on me they would even speak even if I want eating ! It was amazing Time I can’t wait to Go back 12/10 Experience!!"
