"A very pleasant hotel with an excellent restaurant. We had a 6 night stay in a superior room and were very comfortable. As we were there during the madness and mayhem of Easter weekend and the bando de la huerta, we really appreciated the peace and quiet of the hotel and the restaurant’s willingness to fit us in at the last minute. The staff were all very helpful, friendly and professional."

"Si buscan un hotel en el Centro de Murcia a pasos de la Catedral, este es el lugar. Hemos estado 7 noches en este hotel, donde fuimos tratados como reyes. El desayuno es de excelente. Todas las recepcionistas son profesionales, amables pero ante todo tienen don de gente. Nos han dado consejos de donde comer platos típicos Murcianos, que ver de la ciudad, donde comprar. El desayuno es fresco, buffet y la calidad es de 5*, para todo tipo de dietas. No dudaría en volver a este hotel. La habitación es amplia con cafetera, agua en botella, tetera. El servicio de limpieza es excelente. Estamos más que satisfechos no tenemos palabra para describir a este hotel que no es de 3* para nosotros es de 5*. Ubicación, amabilidad, limpieza, comodidad, dormir, lo tiene todo. "

"Stayed there for 2 nights. Faced a problem with staff talking & understanding English. Service was not up to expectations. Hotel far from city center. A lot of annoying noises at night from the neighborhood. Use taxi applications & dont depend on hotel ordering one since it might take long."
