"Stayed in Tanjung ocean view which got nice sunset view. All staff- room service, breakfast room , pool area, are all excellent. Check in was good, got upgrade . Pool was very old but maintained very well and clean. Beach area was not that good. Breakfast got everything, fresh juice, fruits pomelo etc. noodle sections. We were apparently in the new/upgraded wing yet building fallong apart, dirty and water stopped working for period of time. Only drawback was that Citadines co-shares the plot and common facilities w an apartment building called Northshore (different wing) which brings along w that, tons of short-stay crowd (amongst them children) and noise in the common areas, esp the pool. Only drawback is lack of switches for lighting which was replaced with digital push screen which doesn't seem to work resulting in a poorly lit room and caused inconveniences due to that.
