"Hotel Ilaria is a lovely hotel in the cute town of Lucca. It is quiet, clean and comfortable with a perfect location for exploring the town. Breakfast was delicious with lots of healthy options in addition to typical Italian pastries. The evening complimentary happy hour was wonderful. I met some lovely fellow travelers and had a great time. The best part of the hotel is the staff. The young man at the front desk was extremely kind and welcoming. He helped me purchase tickets to an evening of opera as part of the Puccini festival. It was wonderful. This one staff member (apologies that I didn’t write down his name) made my stay extra special with his kindness. And he looked great in the green hotel uniform suit (as did the young woman too). Thank you for making me feel that hotel Ilaria in Lucca was my home away from home. "

"A fabulous place to stay with a fabulous staff a beautiful view of breakfast second to none. Just an amazing experience. If you’re traveling to Sienna you need to stay here. Don’t even look anywhere else. Just stay here. It’s the nicest place around. The property is gorgeous. The rooms are amazing Fabulous place. "Had a great stay at this property. Very modern/contemporary build. Everything was walking distance and very convenient. We went Dec 25-27 so the offfice (which is in the same hallway as our room) was closed but they were available via WhatsApp 24/7. Security (keypad entry) was very good since there were 2 entrance points into that hallway. And the 3rd one was a card key into our room which securely put in a lockbox outside the room door. I was highly recommend this property if you plan to visit Cinque Terre in the future "

" We arrived at the hotel during the night when it was already dark. In the morning, as I woke up and looked out the window, the view was simply breathtaking. The area is stunning and very inviting. Parking at night is available around the hotel, with free public parking until the morning. However, the reception desk offers a more convenient parking arrangement in a dedicated lot just one block away, which I would highly recommend. The staff was kind and accommodating, and the hotel is clean, elegant, and well-maintained. A highly recommended stay!"
