"This property is awesome. The views are different from each unit, but the one we had was beautiful. The unit was roomy, comfortable. The employees at the office are very pleasant and helpful. The parking spots are tiny, and we had hard time parking our large SUV, but other than that this place is incredible."

"We were quite satisfied with our stay here. The apartments are a good size and our premium apartment had everything we needed. Most importantly the AC worked well and was able to keep the whole place cool. The 3 pools are all a good size and various depths to meet all needs. The development is in a satisfactory location but I would recommend that you hire a car. We ate in the restaurant once and would not recommend it. "Giovanni at the front desk was Súper courteous and nice! I don’t like the breakfast poor choices, too Many sweets wasn’t good neither, the egg was runny and the bacon under cook and the crosaint over cook! Also the shower was slippery almost fell"

"Just in Verona for a quick overnight and wish we had more time after enjoying this hotel and its great location! Very walkable to restaurants, shopping, beautiful piazzas, and the train station. Hotel staff was friendly and gave wonderful options for a few restaurants nearby. Our room was clean, nicely decorated, had fabulous ambient lighting and a fairly large bathroom and perfect waterfall shower! "

"Parking is a hassel. It is about 1/2 a kilometer away from the hotel. Then you have to take a cart to and from the hotel even with your luggage. In no where on the hotel descriptions this important information. When we arrived, I had to park on th street, then walk 5 min to get to the hotel to get the code to enter the parking lot... It would have been helpful to get this information ahead of time and the parking code. Othe than that the hotel is clean with beautiful view on the lake. "

"Perfect location, so close to the open theatre, restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was ready for us even though we arrived in the morning. Our room was small but the bed was comfortable and it was handy having bedside tables that charge your phone wireless. The bathroom was a little tired but shower was powerful and we had a balcony with a view of the theatre. We loved the rooftop bar, even if the drinks were a little pricey. The complimentary appetisers were delicious though. Breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again! The only suggestion I’d have is, it would be nice if the hotel celebrated special occasions with something complimentary in the room like a bottle of wine or chocolates. They knew it was for a special occasion but they only offered for us to pay for balloons, flowers or wine. It would have just made it extra special."
