"Staying at this iconic hotel was a truly great experience. We encountered a couple of issues initially which were quickly resolved by the wonderful staff. Every staff member we encountered was professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. We dined twice at the restaurant Spices which served delicious fare and once in the lobby which was similarly tasty.
