"Lovely hotel, looks like the photographs. Food was brilliant, I usually dislike buffets however the food was very tasty with variety. Majority of the staff were lovely, however some were very rude. Reception staff (except the porter who was absolutely lovely, always had a smile on his face!) were very rude, didn’t even say bye or asked about our stay at check out. "I had my worst stay in a hotel at this place. Stuff was so rude ! Food was so disappointing and the room smelled like mould ! The bed was so uncomfortable and had very bad smell and spots. The bathroom was leaking !!!!!!! The cleaning lady entered the room While we were still in bed naked !!! She did not even knock the door. Parking was so limited and there was a big bazaar under the room and a hair dresser late !!! "
