"Very friendly staff, room was clean and in good condition, the only relevant downside to call out is that we booked a family room for two adults and two children, but the sofa bed for the children was very small (narrow) - we just about managed one night, but it is certainly not of the same size as, e.g., an equivalent sofa bed in a Premier Inn. "The keypad door of the apartment (Flat B) is tricky and often doesn't work. We usually have to try several times to open it. This can be a bit unsettling, especially the first time you try to enter, as it's unclear whether the issue is with the password or the lock."
