"I liked that it was spacious, elevator, bathroom was great. There was a washer that spun clothes but not sure if it dries so i hung it in the balcony. Walked to underground station for dinner. Only complaint are the beds and couch is work out. Other than that it was cute and perfect for me and my parents. Thank you very much. "

"숙소위치는 철길 옆이나 소음이 심하지 않다. 전반적인 숙소의 상태는 양호 했으나, 세탁기는 점검이 되지 않았으며, 거름망에 먼지가 정말 매우 많아 세탁기 사용 자체에 대한 의미를 모르겠다. 일반적인 호텔과 차별점이 세탁이 가능하다 인데 그 의미가 없었다."

"部屋が1階のエントランス側で出入りが激しく、皆エントランスを開けるのに戸惑ったり、スムーズに開かない為ガチャガチャと荒々しく開けようとする音がうるさく、何度か私自ら開けに行きました。部屋は昭和初期って感じですね、サイトで見た写真と違って薄暗く、壁には結構傷があり、ちょっと後ずさりしてしまいました。上の階の足音もかなり響きます。夜8時から夜中1時過ぎまで、何をしているのか、ずっと部屋を行ったり来たりする足音。耳栓も役にたちませんでした。クローゼットに入ってた掛け布団、1番下に置いてあったものは黄色くなっていて、使うのを断念。ゴミを分別しなきゃいけない事が書いて有りましたが、分別専用の袋は見つからず、、、お掃除の方に聞いたら、そのまま部屋に置いておけばいいとの事。それならばゴミ分別のメッセージ削除して欲しいです。終いにはお風呂にゴキブリ。ひとつだけ良かった事は、オーガニックや無添加の製品を使っている事です。"

"We had a lovely stay at Amistad. Best shower in Japan. Walking distance to Canal City shopping centre and Hakata train station. Grocery and restaurants in 2 mins walk from hotel. Great alley-way location. Lovely staff too - and the shampoo / conditioner samples were a lovely touch. Thank you Amistad. "

"We enjoyed the stay, and would recommend it. It was apartment style with kitchenette and the amenities you would expect. Rooms were spacious, and location was close enough to Hakata station (approximately 10 minutes walk). The unmanned element meant you might need to figure out the procedures a little, but there will be instructions provided."

"Room is a good size for family of four. Kitchen counter is a bit dusty this can be improved. No parking on site but many parking lots nearby. Convenient stores and drugstore nearby. Checkout time is 10am, the staff would knock on your door at 10am and wait for you to leave the room. "

"Honestly would give it 6 stars if I could. In terms of a budget hotel, this was exactly what we wanted. Spacious rooms, clean, great location near a main subway line, easy access, quick check-in & check-out. As a huge bonus, it also had a washer & drier in the room! This was only an extra ~$40AUD per night than a similar hotel we stayed at in Osaka and the difference in size in particular was huge. Big recommend."

I Would Definitely Return!

"I stayed three times during my trip. The first and second time the rooms were pretty basic. The third time when I stayed 2 nights I had the Double Superior room which was a definite upgrade from the previous standard rooms. All rooms have a nice soaking bathtub with bath additives and a lot of amenities including coffee, tea and bottled water. The even numbered rooms have better views. The service overall at the hotel was excellent from cloak service, cashier, lobby assistance, and restaurant. The hotel is very conveniently located to the Tenjin station and convenience stores, shopping and restaurants. My flight was in the evening, so I asked for a late checkout which was just for a couple of hours at ¥2000 per hour. I would definitely stay here again! "

"Miyako Hotel was wonderful. It’s about 20 min. from Fukuoka airport and across the street from the JR Hakata Train station. Dining and shopping options are great. Fantastic customer service. Domo Arigato to Fumika-san for her excellent assistance in planning our free day in Fukuoka!"

Great location and Helpful staff

"Great location and staff was very helpful and spoke English well. I stayed in the projector room and it was a fun and unique gimmick I haven't seen elsewhere. It essentially works like a Chromecast so you cast from your phone. I would stay there again but probably a bigger room. I was there with my partner and space was a little tight. Also the bed was a bit less comfortable than others during this trip."
